Some time in 1971 she took a bullet hit.  The repair was made by the 605th TC(ADS), the patch completed then held until about 3 years ago and we had it repaired again this time by the CA AVCRAD in Fresno Ca.

The Aircraft it is currently in use by the New Mexico Army National Guard located in Las Cruces NM.  It has been modified to do Counter Drug missions supporting Local, State and Federal Law enforcement agencies. It currently is equipped with a FLIR 7500u infrared camera, Global Wulfsberg 5000 radio, and a Magellan CUGAR GPS,  two flat panel monitors and a VHS recorder for the FLIR.
